Eligibility for Returns
We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be:
Unused: The product must not show any signs of use.
Original Condition: It must be in the exact same state you received it.
Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Please remember to include your original order confirmation or packing slip with your return package.
Steps for Making a Return
To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps:

Receive Authorization: Once your return request gets the green light, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to send your product back to us.
Secure Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Don't forget to include any accessories that came with it.
Clearly Mark RA: Make sure the RA number we provided is clearly visible on the outside of your package.
Shipping Responsibility: You'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is specifically due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. For your protection, we highly advise using a shipping method that offers tracking.
No Restocking Fees: We believe in a fair return process, so we don't charge any restocking fees on our products.
Understanding Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email notification confirming its arrival. This email will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your return is approved, we'll process your refund, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
